Such a big word.
A word that labeled someone for being different.
Someone who tend to be alone.
Weird, lonely, reserved.
Did you know that behind those masks they-who'd-we-called-as-introvert had, lied so much despair.
Desperate to be acknowledged, to be accepted. Longing for someone who can be called "friend".
Friend who at least, understand their struggle.
Struggle for acceptance, struggle of making frineds. Sometimes it's not like they wanted to be loner forever. It's just because they can't. They have problem in their social life. Not all introvert like that. But some introvert have social fobia. Some of them have anxiety and feeling insecure around people. Those feelings making it difficult for them to speak and communicate with other people. They cannot express their feelings. And what's make it worse is, people around the that making fun of them instead of befriend them. In the end, they resort to "being alone is better than being around those people who hurt you". They embrace the comforting silence.
Yes, they prefered spending their time in silence. But sometimes it was not a choice.
They just didn't have someone, who understand them, who wanted to spend their time with.
Understand them? Is that just selfish? Egotistical?
They just want to protect theirselves from bullying.
They just don't want to experience more heartache.
Who in their right mind, want to be hurt?
Badgrammar, errors everywhere but I don't care, I'm not native english anyway.
